List of Dentists – Rayant Dental Option Network	In order to participate in the Rayant Dental Program, you must satisfy a 45 day waiting period. If you do not elect to participate in the Rayant Dental Plan following your waiting period, you will not be eligible to join again for 12 months from the date you became eligible.
